Alpine High

As the name suggests, you’ll reach an all time high on this Alpine motorcycle tour.

Begin your journey in Geneva, Switzerland.  Here you’ll spend a few days acclimating to the local time zone, exploring this city on the shores of Europe’s largest lake.  Fill up on chocolates & cheese to prepare for the ride ahead.

Wide horizons, panoramas, hairpins, glaciers, gorges, waterfalls…all of this stunning scenery is just part of the ride.  You’ll step back in time as you visit fortified towns, chateaux and provincial villages along your route.
In addition to feasting on the eye candy surrounding you, your palate will savor cxcellent French cuisine, fine wines, cheeses, the famous bread and pastries.

Countless mountain passes await you.  Mythical names you’ve never heard of, but soon you won’t forget them.
These legendary roads are only open a few months of the year.  They will challenge you to put your skills to the test.  You’ll ride some of the highest roads in the Alps made famous on the Tour de France.  Thankfully you won’t be pedaling!

Great Places: French Riviera

Movie stars, celebrities, royalty and everything that goes along with.  Cities like Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes, Grasse.  The Riviera is full of yachts and supercars that you’ll drool over.  Check out the beach or walk around the old town or just do some people watching.

Great Places: Chamonix

Reach new highs in the Olympic town of Chamonix.  Grab a seat at a cafe in the shadow of the Mont Blanc.  At 4,808m the Mont Blanc is Europe’s highest peak.  If you’re not afraid of heights you can take a cable car to the Aiguille du Midi at 12,392 ft and get some closer views of this mighty giant and numerious glaciers.

Great Places: Briancon

France’s highest city, Briancon is a fortified citadel and surrounded by several forts.  Briancon was of strategic importance guarding the border with Italy.  Its inhabitants successfully defended the city against a vastly superior Austrian army in 1815.  Of note are the fortifications designed by military engineer Vauban who influenced defensive constructions for centuries.

Great Places: Verdon Gorges aka Grand Canyon of Europe

Although not as massive as the other Grand Canyon, the Verdon Gorges have turquoise blue water unlike anywhere else.  The road around the rim of the canyon offers a fun ride and great panoramas.
